Innovene Chocolate Bayou Site: The cost will be $12.00 per participant. Pre-registration is required through the Safety Council.

DSM Freeport Site: Pre-registration is required through the Safety Council.

Conoco/Phillips: Pre-registration is required through the Safety Council. It is also required that the company know the job they will be working on at Conoco/Phillips. Please contact Plant Representative for Charge Sheet. 

Minimum Requirements: Site Specific, Basic Plus, a graded background check and SAPPA drug screen must be ordered through FADV. 

Chevron/Phillips: Pre-registration is required through the Safety Council. It is also required that the company know the job they will be working on at Chevron/Phillips. Please contact Plant Representative for Charge Sheet.

Rhodia: Classes are held Monday-Friday at 7:30 a.m. Pre-registration is required through your Rhodia representative and the Safety Council. General Site Indoctrination is $13. Other charges are listed below.

Shintech-Freeport Site - Pre-registration is required through the Safety Council. Minimum is Site Specific and Basic Plus. The cost will be $8.00 per participant member and $10.00 per participant non-member.

Equistar Matagorda Operations: The cost will be $35.00 per participant. Registration is required through Contractors' Safety Council. The class will take approximately 2 hours to complete.
